It’s a new week, a beautiful sunshiny Texas Monday.
Today’s Du Jour is a thick cut, bone in, perfectly seared pork chop, topped with sautéed peaches with an apple cider peach sauce. As a cold salad we paired this dish with a strawberry, cucumber salad.
Pair with an ice cold Lager, or Apple Cider to beat the heat.
