Grilled Thick-Cut Pork Chops with a Spicy Plum Chutney

July is a great time of year for fresh produce and fruit. The plums have been so beautiful and sweet that we decided to make a Spicy Plum Chutney. The color of the chutney was a rich maroon and paired perfectly with a thick cut pork chop. We served today’s Du Jour with roasted asparagus and herb-roasted new potatoes.
