Pistachio Crusted Rack of Lamb

Bonjour, Y’all!

When making a rack of lamb one of my favorite ways to prepare it is to crust the top with a pistachio topping. It adds a crispy crusting and nice rich nut flavor.

For today’s Du Jour, we paired our Pistachio Crusted Rack of Lamb over Sautéed Vegetables and Fresh Heirloom Baby Tomatoes.
