Blackened Trout with a Tomato Relish.

Bonjour, Y’all!

It is Hatch Chili Season here. Every grocery you go into has the hatch chili roasters and they smell wonderful. So far we have made some hatch chili corn bread and we paired them with today du jour.

Today’s Du Jour is a Blackened Trout with a Tomato Relish over South West Fettucine and Garlicky Green Beans.
