This is how we plate it!

Bon Jour, Y’all!!!!

Today our Du Jour is a seared salmon with a dill butter. We paired this meal with rice pilaf and sautéed spinach.


When we have clients that want one portion we plate the meal together in a Pyrex container. That way when the client is heating up their dinner it is in a quick all in one package. It is the perfect option for singles, who want a chef prepared meal at home.
