Chef Aimee’s Christmas Party

Bonjour Y’all!!!

Every year I throw a Christmas party for my employees, friends and family. This year my theme was Mad Men.


We served Deviled Eggs,

Cheese Platters with Salami, Olives, Grape Tomatoes and Crackers.

Ceviche with Blue Corn Tortilla Chips

An Old Fashion Bar.


And Fondue. We has a cheese and Meat fondue set up. The Meat served was beef tenderloin, pork tenderloin, shrimp, scallops, and tuna.

For Dessert we has a cocoanut cake decorated with poinsettia sugar cookies.


The party was a hit and we enjoyed every minute of it. Marry Christmas and a Happy New Years!!!!
