Now that the holidays are over and the new year has begun it is time to eat healthier. Not wanting to make the same old chicken salad for our clients I decided to change it up.
I made an Asian Chicken Salad with Almonds over Glass Noodles. We added a nice Asian flavor to the dish with soy sauce, cilantro, garlic, sesame seeds, and ginger.
