The ground hog said we have six more weeks of winter, but here in Texas it has been getting warmer. Todays Du Jour has a summer theme. Today we made a Kahlua pork stuffed Potato with a side of grilled pineapple and toasted coconut.
For our clients we deliver all of their meals cooked and ready to warmed up for their convenience. We plate their meals in Pyrex containers so that they can heat in an over or microwave.
